FAQ

Which size do I need?

To select the right length of the rope, please double check your height. (Please select the size of the rope before checkout)

  • Small (User height: 1.45m-1.63m; Rope length: 2.44m)
  • Medium (User height: 1.64m-1.74m; Rope length: 2.59m)
  • Large (User height: 1.75m-1.88m; Rope length: 2.74m)
  • X-Large (User height: 1.89m-2.06m; Rope length: 2.90m)

If you happen to fall between sizes, we recommend the following guidelines:

We recommend beginners to choose the longer variant. This gives you more room for error when learning.

If you already have experience with jumping or are generally well coordinated, then it depends on personal preference. If you want to focus on high speeds, choose the shorter variant. If you want to do more tricks and freestyle jumps, then take the longer variant.

How often should i jump?

For experienced athletes: 3-5 times a week

For beginners: 1-2 times a week

How much space do I need to jump?

We recommend a space of 3m from front to back or 2m from left to right for jumping. The ceiling height should roughly correspond to the length of the rope. You need a ceiling height of at least 2.45 m for the size S rope and 2.90 m for the extra large rope.

Please make sure that you have enough space to jump and that nothing is hanging from the ceiling that could obstruct you jumping (e.g. lamps).
